Ingredients

3 c. vegetable oil
7 medium potatoes
1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation

Preheat deep fryer on medium with the vegetable oil, add onion salt to the oil.
Cut potatoes into quarters.
Deep fry for 1 1/2 minutes, check, stir occasionally.
Remove when brown.
Place on paper toweling to drain.
Add salt as desired.
