Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can (about 1 1/2 c.) flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with dash of salt and vanilla until soft peaks form.
    Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.
    Fold in coconut.
