Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, diced
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. canned tomatoes
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 to 2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Fry bacon; add onions, green pepper, celery and parsley.
    Cook until vegetables are soft.
    Add flour and stir until slightly brown.
    Add tomatoes, salt and chili powder.
    Cook slowly until thick.
    Add rice and shrimp.
    Heat for 30 to 35 minutes.
