Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
5 1/2 oz. graham crackers
1 oz. melted butter
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, eggs and 2 cups sugar; mix.
Add vanilla, lemon juice and sour cream; mix well (no lumps).
The heavy cream is most important.
You must whip heavy cream until fluffy, then fold into cream cheese.
Mix slowly until well blended.
Set aside.
