Corned Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can corned beef
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can olives, sliced
Cheddar cheese, grated
oil
corn tortillas
Preparation

Heat corned beef in pan.
Heat enchilada sauce and heat oil. Dip corn tortilla in oil to soften, dip in enchilada sauce, put on plate and fill with corned beef and roll.
Top with cheese. Sprinkle on a few teaspoons enchilada sauce.
Top with olives and serve.
