Ingredients

1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
1/4 c. cilantro
1 (10 oz.) tube pizza dough (refrigerated)
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Add onion.
Add garlic.
Add beans, salsa and cilantro.
Cook 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare pizza dough. Sprinkle dough with 1/2 grease.
Spoon on mixture on top of cheese. Cover with cheese.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
