Remainder Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling liquid
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Mix gelatin and boiling liquid together, then add sherbet. Stir until melted. Add the oranges. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart ring mold. Chill. Unmold and fill center with Ambrosia.
