Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/3 c. warm water
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    5 c. flour
    salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda per 1 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast in hot water.
    Stir in warm water and brown sugar.
    Slowly add flour.
    Stir until smooth and dough doesn't stick to sides of bowl.
    Knead dough on lightly floured surface.
    (Put flour on your hands.)
