Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    2 medium size ripe avocados
    1 Tbsp. grated yellow onion
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 to 1 small hot green pepper, seeded and minced
    1 tomato, peeled, seeded and then minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mash avocados and then add all other ingredients.
    Place plastic wrap directly on food and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
    Stir well and serve with chips.
