Curried Egg Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot White Sauce
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Preparation

Blend a little White Sauce with the curry powder.
Stir curry powder mixture, parsley and egg into remaining White Sauce.
Good on spinach, broccoli and asparagus.
Yield:
1 1/4 cups.
