Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
    1 onion, chopped and cooked with squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 bell pepper (optional)
    1 c. grated carrots (optional)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Slice margarine in several pieces and place on bottom of large casserole dish.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of stuffing over margarine.
