Cissy'S Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    baking potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of onion soup (may substitute with cream of celery)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter or margarine, sliced in squares
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes (enough to fill approximately a 2-quart casserole dish).
    Partially boil potatoes and drain.
    Let cool.
