Taboulah - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 parsley
    2 tomatoes
    1 cucumber
    3 green scallions
    1/3 c. wheat or white bulgur
    1/2 c. olive oil
    juice of 2 lemons
    salt and pepper
    romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Soak the bulgur in lemon juice for 1/2 an hour.
    Chop all the first 4 ingredients very fine.
    Mix all together.
    Add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with romaine lettuce!
