Shrimp Jello Mold(Serves At Least 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked shrimp or cans of shrimp
    1 green pepper
    1 jar stuffed olives
    2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    5 small cans V-8 juice
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
    5 stalks celery, chopped
    1 qt. cottage cheese
    3 Tbsp. salad dressing
Preparation
    Turn blender to liquify until everything is well blended. Boil 4 1/2 cups water.
    Add 3 large packages lemon jello.
    When blended, add part to blender.
    Liquify.
    Pour extra jello and contents in blender into large pan where first vegetables and shrimp are.
    Mix very well.
    Chill overnight.
    Serve with dab of salad dressing and crackers.
