Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped gren peppers
1 1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 lb. round steak
1 Tbsp. mustard

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except steak in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then simmer gently 5 minutes.
Pound round steak.
Cut into serving size pieces.
Place in a roasting pan or casserole dish. Pour hot sauce over meat.
Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
