Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw shrimp
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and onion in butter for 8 minutes.
    Add mushrooms; cook 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in sour cream; cook gently for 10 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
