Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. salad oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 green onions with tops
    2 c. cold, cooked white rice
    2 cooked bacon slices, crumbled
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in a heavy skillet.
    In hot oil, saute rice over medium heat, stirring with a metal spoon about 5 minutes or until golden.
    Stir eggs into rice; cook, stirring constantly and over medium heat until eggs are cooked, about 3 minutes.
    Stir in bacon, soy sauce and pepper; combine well.
    Garnish with green onions.
