Mushroom Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 oz. sliced mushrooms
1/3 c. rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. brewed soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
toasted sesame seed
Preparation

Mix well the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
Pour over the mushrooms and sprinkle with sesame seed.
Marinate 45 to 60 minutes.
Remove from sauce and serve.
