Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cheddar, shredded
8 oz. pimento cheese
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine ingredients except pecans.
Mix well.
Form into a ball.
Place on waxed paper and chill.
Roll cheese ball into finely chopped pecans.
Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
