Curry-Glazed Sole(Or Any Good Whitefish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sole fillets (1 lb.)
    1/4 c. low calorie mayonnaise
    1/4 c. imitation sour cream
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Wash fillets; dry with paper towels. Arrange in single layer, slightly overlapping, in greased, shallow baking dish.
    In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, onion and curry powder.
    Spread evenly over sole.
    Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily and starts to brown.
