Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs with sugar
1 stick margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs (or pasteurized frozen egg product)
2 sticks margarine
3-5 ripe bananas, sliced
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Cool Whip
chopped nuts, optional
maraschino cherries, optional
Preparation

Follow directions on graham cracker crumb box to make crust out of graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and margarine.
Press in 9 x 13 inch pan.
Beat 2 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, and 2 sticks margarine for 10 minutes.
Pour on top of crumbs.
Layer bananas, crushed pineapple, and top with cool whip.
Garnish with nuts and cherries.
