Country Skillet Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. meat drippings
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Spoon flour into hot meat drippings. Blend over low heat until smooth. (You can brown it if you like brown gravy.) Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
