Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled potatoes, cubed
    2 Tbsp. French dressing
    2 c. flaked tuna, salmon, crabmeat, shrimp or lobster
    3 Tbsp. chopped, crisp pickles or pickle relish
    mayonnaise to moisten
    lettuce leaves, tomato wedges, hard-boiled eggs (quartered) and olives (optional)
Preparation
    Marinate potatoes by tossing with French dressing.
    Chill potatoes and seafood thoroughly.
    Mix together lightly with pickles and mayonnaise.
    Arrange lettuce on serving plates.
    Heap salad in mounds on lettuce.
    Surround with tomato wedges and eggs.
    Top each mound with olives.
