Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice (or use 1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ginger and 1/4 tsp. cloves)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. pumpkin
    1 2/3 c. Pet evaporated milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 (9-inch) pie crust shells
Preparation
    Set
    oven at 375\u00b0.
    Mix sugar, flour, spice and salt in a 3-quart mixing bowl.
    Add the pumpkin, milk and egg and stir until smooth.
    Pour
    into
    the unbaked shells.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean 2-inches from edge. Serve warm or cold.
    One pie serves 6.
