Nutty Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped roasted peanuts
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients together.
    Pour into a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until ingredients are set.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle peanuts and marshmallows over the top.
    Place back in oven for 15 minutes.
