Cream Of Tomato Soup(Freezer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 c. sliced celery (1/2 large head)
    2 large onions, sliced (2 c.)
    1 peck very ripe tomatoes, cored (12 lb.)
    1 qt. water or stock (chicken)
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute garlic, celery and onions.
    Add cored, cut-up tomatoes, stock and parsley.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Put all through food mill.
    Return to pot and reheat.
    Add salt and pepper.
