Potatoes Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. butter
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. sour cream, room temperature
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green onion, chopped fine (a must)
Preparation

Boil potatoes until firm (not soft).
Cool, peel and shred on large part of grater.
Heat butter, cheese and sour cream until almost melted.
Add sour cream, salt, pepper and green onion to cheese mixture; fold into potatoes.
Put in 2-quart casserole; heat until just heated through.
Reheat in microwave about 3 minutes.
