Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    3/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites, stiffly beaten with a pinch of cream of tartar and 1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream powdered sugar and peanut butter together until crumbly. Stir next 8 ingredients together in a saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat stirring constantly. Bring to a boiling point and cook a few minutes. Sprinkle 2/3 of peanut butter mixture in bottom of baked pie shell. Pour custard over this. Beat egg whites and spread on custard and sprinkle remainder of peanut butter mixture over egg whites and brown in oven.
