Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. instant minced onions
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and drain off excess grease.
Add the onions, Italian seasoning, salt and tomato paste and warm through.
Grease muffin tins and pat out biscuits and place in the tins.
Add 1/4 cup meat mixture and top with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
