Shrimp Tempura - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. club soda
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend and refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Heat 3-inches oil in deep pot or 2-inches if using frypan.
    Test oil with drop of batter. When drop goes to bottom of pan and pops back up light brown, oil is hot enough.
    Dip cleaned, shelled shrimp in batter and fry until done.
