Batter Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 yeast cake
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add yeast, sugar, salt, oil and egg to milk.
    Add 2 cups flour and beat well.
    Gradually stir in more flour until mix is stiff. Let rise until double in bulk.
    Drop by spoonful into well-greased muffin tin.
    Let rise about 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen rolls.
