Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 boneless pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
6 large potatoes, sliced thickly
Preparation

Slice potatoes, put in casserole dish, then mix up the soup like you would for soup (with milk or water).
Pour over potatoes. Wash off the pork chops and place them on top of the potatoes. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
Serves 5 people.
