English Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
3 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. mayo
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix peas, eggs, mayo, relish, salt and pepper well.
Chill for 2 to 3 hours.
