Wheat Thins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole wheat flour (or rice flour)
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
1/8 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with fingers.
Add enough cold water to stick together.
Knead.
Roll thin and cut in squares.
Prick each with fork.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until brown and crisp.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool on cake rack.
