Jimmy'S Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe tomatoes
    1 sweet onion
    2 jalapeno peppers
    1 lemon
    salt
    cilantro
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes; discard seeds.
    Add chopped onion and chopped peppers.
    Discard seeds.
    Mix and sprinkle with salt.
    Chop about 1 cup of cilantro leaves (rinse to remove grit).
    Add cilantro and mix.
    Squeeze all lemon juice from 1 lemon over mixture. Refrigerate about 2 hours, then break out the chips or flat bread. Excellent on fajitas, hot dogs, omelets, crackers, burgers; get the picture!
