Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can diced green chilies (Ortega)
    2 c. Cheddar or Longhorn cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 doz. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Grate cheese; cut onions. Put sour cream, soup, chilies and onions in saucepan and heat. Drop tortillas in 1/2-inch oil for a few seconds. Put tablespoon of heated mixture in center of tortillas. Sprinkle small handful of cheese inside tortilla; roll and put seam side down in baking pan. Pour remainder of heated mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
