Glazed Chicken(From Mjb Rice) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice (not Minute type)
    4 half chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 can chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 pkg. partially thawed Chinese pea pods
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips.
    Mix flour, paprika and garlic. Add chicken and toss to coat. Stir-fry chicken in hot oil until lightly browned. Add broth; cover and simmer 5 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch and next 5 ingredients. Blend mixture into ingredients in pan, stirring until sauce boils. Add pea pods. Cover and cook until tender-crisp.
    Serve over rice.
