No Bake Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation
    Mix cheese, 1 tablespoon of milk and sugar until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Spread in bottom of pie crust.
    Mix 1 cup of milk with instant pudding until smooth.
    Let set 3 minutes.
    Stir spices in pumpkin.
    Fold in instant pudding.
    Spread over cheese in pie crust.
    Chill for 2 hours.
    Garnish with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nutmeg and sliced toasted almonds.
