Cabbage Melange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. sugar
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    In a large heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
    Add the remaining ingredients except the soy sauce.
    Stir the mixture until the vegetables are lightly coated with the oil.
    Cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle the mixture with soy sauce. Serve hot.
    Serves 6.
