Lentil Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. onion
    3/4 c. celery
    garlic
    6 c. water
    1 (28 oz.) can cut up tomatoes
    3/4 c. lentils
    3/4 c. barley
    vegetarian bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. carrots
Preparation
    Add everything except carrots.
    Cook to boiling.
    Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add carrots and simmer for 15 minutes or until tender.
    Top with one cup of Swiss cheese and serve.
