Art'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 large pieces garlic
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 large onion
    3 large carrots
    6 ribs celery
    1 large green pepper
    3 large bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. chopped basil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Take onion, carrots, celery, green pepper and put into blender to liquify.
    Heat olive oil in large pot.
    Brown garlic in oil and then discard garlic.
    Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste and 16 ounces of water and contents of blender.
    Add spices and simmer 3 hours.
    Serve on spaghetti.
    (Italian sausage, hamburger or lean pork can be added, but cook in another pot first to get rid of excess grease.)
