Ingredients

1 lb. potatoes (3 or 4), peeled
1 medium onion
2 eggs
2 rounded Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Grate potatoes and onion.
Mix in eggs, flour, salt and pepper thoroughly.
Pour as thin as a pancake and fry in a little oil on a grill until brown.
