Oriental Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chicken rice soup
3 c. water
2 c. chopped, cooked turkey or chicken
2 c. fresh or frozen broccoli
1 chopped red or green pepper
1/4 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
4 Tbsp. vinegar
8 to 10 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Preparation

Simmer all but vinegar together until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Add vinegar.
