Granny Black'S Ham Pasties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
4 oz. cream cheese
ice water
flour (to make dough)
ground or chopped country ham
1 tsp. mustard
ketchup
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Mix softened margarine and softened cream cheese together. Add flour and ice water to make dough.
Cover and chill overnight. When ready to make pastry, mix remaining ingredients to a spreading consistency for filling.
Break off dough, one piece at a time, large enough to make one pastry.
Roll out thin in a circle, about 2 inches in diameter.
Scoop filling on top and fold over into half moon and seal pastry.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown. Great for parties.
Freezes very well.
