Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. red food coloring
    1 oz. water
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar; add eggs, vanilla, red food coloring and water.
    Sift together in separate bowl cocoa, salt and flour. Add to mix alternately with buttermilk.
    Mix vinegar with soda; then fold into batter.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
