Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
3 eggs, separated
1 deep pie shell, unbaked
Preparation

Combine rhubarb with sugar, margarine and flour.
Mix well. Beat egg yolks and add.
Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold in. Pour into unbaked crust.
Bake 10 minutes at 400\u00b0 and 45 more minutes at 350\u00b0.
