Golden Chili Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/2 lb. boneless chicken with the skin removed
1 large onion, cut into 1/2-inch rings
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

In a skillet over medium-high heat with hot oil, cook the chicken until it is brown.
Drain the excess fat.
Add all other ingredients to the chicken.
Heat to boiling, then reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Serves 4.
