Congealed Strawberry-Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box strawberry jello
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
fresh strawberries (if desired)
Preparation

In a large saucepan, mix jello and pineapple until jello is dissolved.
Set aside and let cool, then add buttermilk, nuts, Cool Whip and fruit.
Mix well and refrigerate.
