Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    2 c. shredded, peeled zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and oil until well blended, then add dry ingredients.
    Mix again until well blended.
    Add zucchini, nuts, raisins and pineapple.
    Bake in 2 (9 x 5 x 4-inch) bread pans or 3 smaller pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
