Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cubed steak
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Roll steak in flour; fry until done.
    Mix onions, celery, green peppers, 1 can tomato soup and 1/2 can water.
    Simmer for 1 hour or until gravy is thick.
